Copenhagen, Denmark

Copenhagen is full of art and culture. The architecture has so much personality, and I just love all of the color! The food was amazing- even the organic hot-dog stand we found on our first day. My favorite spot was definitely Nyhavn harbor where all of the wooden boats were lined up. I wanted so badly to have a picnic by the water, but I guess that just means I need to go back again soon. One of my best memories from Copenhagen was when Braden and I ate lunch at a rooftop cafe and we had an amazing view of the city. Four days was not enough to explore such a wonderful city. I already miss it.

Iceland.....where do I begin? I fell in love. I fell in love with the sweet ponies, the abundant waterfalls, the vast open spaces, the soft fluffy ground, snowy mountains, wool sweaters, natural hot springs, and so much more. To me, Iceland felt like peace and adventure. A never-ending inspiration- and I cannot wait to return.
